ElanorZenna.Com is owned and operated by Little Lotus Studio & Media, a registered company in Denmark. The terms "we" or "us" refer to the Site's owner. The term "you" refers to "Free Subscribers", "Members"/"Paid Subscribers", and "Visitors" of our Site.
By browsing the public areas or accessing and using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by following the Terms of Use and Service (the Agreement). Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree to any of these terms, then please do not use the Site.
1. Description and Use of the Site
We provide free content and exclusive content that include but are not limited to written posts, videos, audios, and downloadable files for a membership program. As Visitors/Free Subscribers, you can view all publicly available content and comment on our posts.
For Members/Paid Subscribers, you can access exclusive content available only to you. You can access, manage, and update your personal account, read, listen, watch, download content, post comments, and interact with other community members. However, we ask you to respect our copyright and not share the exclusive content with non-members of the Site.
The services and content from the Site are for your private use only. You are not allowed to use the platform for commercial or targeted promotion purposes. Commercial posts or links will be deleted without warning or notice from us.
You can non-commercially share, repost and distribute our free content to any of your sites or social media platforms with a credit of ownership to ElanorZenna.Com. Please contact us for further information if you wish to use our content for other commercial purposes.
2. Our content
The content (videos, audios, written, etc.) on this Site are designed for entertaining and inspirational purposes only. Use of all content on our Site is subject to your personal responsibility, and we shall not be held responsible for your well-being.
3. Community Guidelines
You agree to post, interact and communicate with other members and visitors in a respectful and kind manner. If we detect a thread/conversation that violates the terms, we reserve the right to delete the thread without further notice or obligation.
4. Sign up and Account Information
You also agree to receive our newsletter when registering for a Subscriber/Member account. We use newsletter to share with you inspirational content and updates, including but not limited to legal notices, changes in our services, policies and anything important about your account.
You agree that the information you provide upon registration is accurate, current and complete at all times. The username on your account must not be the name or trademark of another person. Additionally, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and safeguarding the password you use to access our platform and are solely responsible for all activities or actions from using the account. You also agree that ElanorZenna.com cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above.
5. Fees and Payment
Currently, as of 28th April 2024, we're providing three paid membership options:
1) Zenna-land: 14$ monthly/89$ yearly
2) Magic: 21$ monthly/133$ yearly
3) Cosmic Circle: 33$ monthly/199$ yearly.
You agree to pay the chosen membership fee until the end of the applicable period. We are a subscription service, and your membership will continue until you cancel. It auto-renews at the end of each term, and you will be charged for the subsequent term.
Taxes are included in the fee based on the billing information you provide us at the time of payment or sign-up. Your payment may also be subject to foreign exchange fees or price differences (e.g. exchange rates) based on location. We're not responsible for other charges unknown to us as we use a third-party online payment system.
6. Renewal and Cancellation
The payment is also set to be renewed automatically by the end of the monthly or yearly term. However, you can terminate your membership at any given time by cancelling the renewal, but you must do it before the renewal date. Once you have cancelled your renewal of financial payment, your membership status will be terminated.
As a member of ElanorZenna.Com, you can, at any given time, choose to terminate your membership and delete your account by sending us a notice at hello (at) elanorzenna (dot) com. Once we've deleted the account, all data will be deleted permanently, and your account cannot be re-activated.
We must state that all the information and data you choose to share on the Site are not our responsibility. Hence, once you've cancelled your account, all data will be deleted, and we won't have any obligation to restore the lost data on your behalf.
7. Refund
Once the payment has been made, it is not possible to get a refund for your payment due to the nature of digital service. It's also not possible for you to get a refund if you cancel your subscription before the end of your monthly/yearly payment term.
8. Termination of the Agreement
We are not obligated to accept any individual as a registered Member and reserve our right to reject any registration at our discretion. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue our service to any or all members for any reason without further obligation. In addition, we may deactivate any account at any time, including, without limitation, if determined that a Member has violated these Terms of Use and Service.
9. Intellectual Property
All content published on ElanorZenna.com is under our copyright and, thereby, must not be used commercially without our consent. You may share our public content on social media sites or to your personal network, but you are not allowed to modify the content without our permission. 10. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any downtime or data loss of the Site. Your use of any information or service on the Site is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable for any reason.
Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee regarding the accuracy, performance or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on our website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors, and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors. This also means explicitly that we shall not be liable for any content shared and posted by other members or Visitors.
Our content may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to give you more information. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s), and we have no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).
11. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
We reserve the right to change or update this Policy without further notice. However, the latest one in effect is always available on the Site. If you continue to use the Site after those changes are in effect, you agree to the revised policy. We will notify you of any changes by posting them on this page or by more prominent notice if they are significant or as required by law. In all cases, the use of information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used.
ElanorZenna.com is a Site operated by the company Little Lotus Studio & Media. We are located in Denmark, and thereby any dispute arising out of the use of the Site will be subjected to Danish laws.
