As a sensitive person, I sometimes think words can hurt me more than a physical injury. When we say something hurtful to another person, it's not only about the words but highly about the energies behind them. "Words hurt when they hit the heart". The hit is not physical, but it can be felt.
This song is about a love relationship, but it can also be about anything where we unintentionally hurt another person when not choosing our words carefully. It's a sad song, but I feel pretty released when listening to it. I made this demo many years ago, and I like the arrangement's simplicity. It doesn't need more than a violin, a guitar, and a voice to express a soulful emotion. So I hope you'll like it, despite the sadness it represents :-).
