Should I choose a monthly or a yearly plan?
We would love you to sign up yearly, as it would be much cheaper for you ;). But if unsure, try a month's membership first and see if it's right for you. Of course, you can always upgrade or cancel your monthly subscription anytime. Please also know that we do not offer refunds since we offer digital products. For more information, please read our Terms of Use and Service.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, absolutely. On your account page, below the "Account details" box, you can click on "Cancel subscription", and the auto-renewal will stop at the end of your subscription period.
What does the fee include?
The fee includes VAT (DK 25% when applicable) and Stripe fees. Please note that as the fee is in US dollars, there may be some conversion variance between your estimate and the conversion rate utilized by Stripe.
Can I get a refund if I regret or forget to cancel the subscription before the renewal?
Since we offer digital products, please kindly understand that getting a refund is not possible once you've subscribed and paid. Please manage and cancel your subscription before the auto-renewal.
How do I manage my subscription?
Once logged in, you can access your Account page (the icon is on the top right of your screen). On the Account page, click on "Account settings" below the box "Account details" to edit and manage your subscription.
